Far beyond

A Veterans Memorial.

This bronze eagle-and-dove is a model I designed for a Veterans monument. It proclaims strength, discipline, and individual sacrifice as being necessary for living in peace and freedom. In the sculpture, a dove, worldwide symbol for peace, soars triumphantly on the crest of a wave that is an eagle’s wing. The eagle, a combination of realism and abstract design, symbolizes striving, strength, power, and bravery. The following words accompany the sculpture:

Far beyond
What we will ever know
They give their all.
Peace can only thrive
On the wings of eagles.

Bronze.
6 x 12 x 16 inches.  The Monument can be any size!
