Dream of the sailor

This was commissioned by Leidos for it’s new corporate headquarters. It was initially inspired by Leidos’s role in the Stars and Stripes yacht hull design, but it also relates to all of Leidos’s deep involvement with maritime and naval ventures, and it symbolizes any adventurous undertaking in life. In “Dream of the Sailor” the wind, the water, the celestial body, the boat and its sails, and the sailor become one.
